The National Center’s RES Arizona will be held October 22nd – 24th, 2013 at the Wildhorse Pass Casino and Resort in Chandler, Arizona and is being presented by Chukchansi, Inc. RES Arizona will also include the RES Arizona Golf Tournament to be held at the beautiful and award-winning Whirlwind Golf Resort.
RES Arizona will feature respected tribal leaders, state and local elected officials, top CEO’s, the National Center’s “Twenty Grand Business Plan Competition”, the 38th Annual Indian Progress in Business (INPRO) Awards multiple networking opportunities, a leadership seminar, teaming opportunities, a business development expo and business trade show, the 5th Annual “Native American 40 Under 40″ Awards, an American Indian art market, Tribal Business Leaders Forum and much more.
RES Arizona will premiere the NCAIED’s “Twenty Grand Business Plan Competition” wherein both “start up” and “established” Native American businesses (wholly owned by an enrolled member of any State or Federally recognized Tribal Nation, Alaska Native or Canadian First Nations), from across North America, will compete for the chance to win a $20,000 cash award from the NCAIED by attending and presentingtheir company’s business plan at RES Arizona to a panel of respected and accomplished entrepreneurs and business leaders who will serve as judges of the competition. The business plans will be judged based on Business Structure, Financial Viability, Personal Abilities, Business Experience and Quality of the Plan.
RES Arizona is part of the expansion of the NCAIED’s highly successful National Reservation Economic Summit (National RES) into regionally focused, nationally attended and relevant events throughout the nation. The annual National RES will be held again March 17th – 20th, 2014 at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
