National RES Las Vegas 2013 Procurement Expo

Don’t miss out on the nation’s largest matchmaking event between Native American businesses and purchasing representatives from government agencies, prime contractors, large corporations, and tribal entities. New for National RES Las Vegas 2013 is the integration of our Procurement Expo into our business trade show. The format of our new Procurement Expo combines the custom matched one-on-one appointments of our previous “Procurement Pavilion” and enhances it with increased networking possibilities. It also adds nearly twice the amount of matchmaking opportunities.

To participate in this exciting activity, please follow the four easy steps below:

Step 1- Native American Sellers must register for the National RES Las Vegas 2013 Conference and/or Trade Show. Organizations that wish to participate as Buyers must register for the National RES Las Vegas Business Trade Show. Register on-line at:   https://secure2.rhq.com/res/res13/attreg/index.cgi.

Step 2- Those registered for the conference and/or Business Trade Show will be contacted to determine their interest in our Procurement Expo. Those who wish to participate will be given instructions to register for the Procurement Expo in our Business Matchmaking portal.

Step 3- Once registered in our Business Matchmaking portal, buyers and sellers will be matched. Sellers will be notified to create their appointment schedule and proceed with matching buyers.

Step 4- Sellers will receive their printed appointment schedules at our Procurement Expo Assistance Booth in the National RES Business Trade Show  beginning at 10:30 am on Tuesday, March 12.  Appointment schedules for the buyers will be delivered to their booths earlier that morning. Appointments will be held at buyer booths during the National RES Business Trade Show: March 12-13, 2013.
