Cancellation and Refund Policy:  Request for cancellation must be in writing to: RES 2008 Registration (1601 S. 129th W. Avenue, Sand Springs, OK 74063; fax # 918-245-8007) no later than Friday, February 1, 2008. All cancellations are subject to a $100.00 processing fee.  No refunds will be made for cancellations received after Friday, February 1, 2008.  (Substitutions will be permitted.)
