CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: Request for cancellation must be in writing to: RES 2011 Registration (1601 S. 129th W. Avenue, Sand Springs, OK 74063; fax # 918-245-8007) no later than Friday, February 25, 2011. All cancellations are subject to a $125.00 processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after Friday, February 25, 2011. (Substitutions will be permitted.)
